Ardgarten Reef

Parking is on the loch side of the road just after the turn off for the old naval base.  Walk back towards the old base and the entry point is down a break in the wall.  Take care here as it is steep.

 Enter the water and head directly out.  At around 13m there's a large boulder.  If you head south for a minute or two you should come across the remains of a wooden boat.  Ideal for trainees.
