Carrick Castle

Follow the road down past the holiday village to where the old hotel used to be. 

At highish tide you can jump off the pier (remember to shout WHOOPEEE as you go!) 

Sandy bottom which can get stirred up easily, and not a huge amount to see but good for training and a rummage for bottles under the pier legs.
